Warranty

Al-Wabel Company guarantees its sales covered by the warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one year on agricultural sales and two years on sales of home pumps from the date of delivery of the goods. This guarantee is valid only if the (product) is installed correctly and complies with the company’s installation instructions and acceptable standards in accordance with the following conditions: –

1. Al Wabel Company does not bear any responsibility regarding a defect resulting from an error in the design or drawings provided by the buyer
2. Al Wabel Company does not bear any responsibility for any defect resulting from:

• a) Incorrect installation and incorrect application by the buyer
• b) A defect resulting from misuse.
• c) Incorrect use of auxiliary equipment
• d) Frequent fluctuation in electrical voltage or interruption of one of the power lines
• e) Failure to comply with Al Wabel Company’s written or verbal instructions and instructions.
• f) Using equipment with liquids containing sand, salts or chemicals.
• g) When the stomach is not protected properly
• h) Corrosion due to natural conditions
• i) Abnormal operating conditions
• j) Lightning, rain, and circumstances beyond control.

Al Wabel Company’s warranty is valid only if this equipment has been operated and tested by Al Wabel Company or one of our approved partners.
Under no circumstances may the equipment be serviced without consulting Al Wabel Company, and any error by the buyer in this regard shall consider the warranty void.
The buyer must inform Al-Wabel Company as soon as possible, not exceeding three days, of a defect in the product, and that he will enable Al-Wabel Company employees or its representative to inspect the equipment.
In the event of any complaint from the buyer regarding a defect in the product, Al Wabel Company, based on its report, will repair or replace the damaged equipment or part at no cost if the conditions set forth above are adhered to.
The buyer, at his own expense, bears the responsibility of dismantling the equipment and returning it to the company for repair or replacement, as well as re-installing it for him and using the company’s services in this, but at his own expense, as installation and unloading are not covered by the warranty.
Al Wabel Company bears responsibility for any direct error or damage to the buyer as a result of any error in the specifications within the limits of what is stated in the invoice, not exceeding its value.

3. Al Wabel Company’s warranty is valid only if this equipment has been operated and tested by Al Wabel Company or one of our approved partners.

4. Under no circumstances may the equipment be serviced without consulting Al Wabel Company, and any error by the buyer in this regard shall consider the warranty void.
